These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Sentinel Digital Capital ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our platform at sentinedigitalcapital.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register, access, or continue to use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on this page.

To use Sentinel Digital Capital's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where digital asset trading or investment services are prohibited
• Not be subject to sanctions or watchlists maintained by international regulatory bodies

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at support@sentinedigitalcapital.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One individual may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.

Sentinel Digital Capital offers structured investment plans across three asset classes: Real Estate, Agriculture, and Cryptocurrency. Projected returns stated on our platform are estimates based on historical performance and market analysis — they are not guarantees.

All investments carry inherent risk. The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may receive back less than you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Investment durations are fixed per plan. Early withdrawal requests outside of the specified terms may be subject to penalties or may not be accommodated.

All deposits are made in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, or USDT) to wallet addresses provided on the platform. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct wallet address. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Deposit approvals are processed within 1–24 hours upon receipt of valid proof of payment. Once approved, your account balance will be credited accordingly.

Withdrawal requests are processed after your investment plan matures. Processing times may vary based on blockchain network conditions and our internal review process. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or transactions
• Attempting to access another user's account or our backend systems without authorization
• Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measure
• Creating fake proof of payment to fraudulently credit account balances

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sentinel Digital Capital and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that threatens the integrity of our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding investment balances will be settled in accordance with the applicable plan terms, subject to any deductions for violations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentinel Digital Capital is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
